We are the recycled materials and waste-to-value division of Hallmark Solutions Resources — a production enterprise turning Aba's post-industrial waste into finished goods that SE Nigeria's economy already needs.
Aba generates thousands of tonnes of recoverable waste every week — leather, plastic, rubber, metal, bones, cardboard, and tyres. Almost none of it is organised into a production system. We are building that system.
To build a vertically integrated waste-to-value production enterprise in Aba — aggregating 7 post-industrial waste streams and converting them into finished goods that compete on quality and price across Southeast Nigeria's market.
To become SE Nigeria's dominant recycled materials production enterprise — a vertically integrated business that captures the full margin between waste aggregation and finished goods distribution, creating durable local employment and eliminating preventable industrial waste.
Aba is one of West Africa's most productive informal industrial cities. The Powerline artisan belt produces millions of leather goods annually. Ariaria International Market handles billions of naira in trade every week. Osisioma Industrial Zone runs fabrication and manufacturing at industrial scale.
And yet — the enormous volumes of leather offcuts, plastic waste, scrap metal, rubber, bones, and cardboard generated by all of this activity are largely abandoned. Collectors earn almost nothing. Manufacturers pay to dump. The materials that could fund a production enterprise are treated as a liability.
EcoCycle NG was founded on one observation: the arbitrage opportunity between Aba's waste streams and the finished goods those same streams can produce is enormous, persistent, and almost entirely uncaptured. We are incorporating that gap into a production enterprise.
All foundational groundwork is complete. We are now at the capital unlock stage — one investment decision away from beginning production operations.
